Eldorado Recreation is an exclusive all-season off-the-grid recreation club community. ERC offers the members hundreds of acres of unspoiled Canadian wilderness to enjoy!
ERC offers its Primary members a personally assigned location within hundreds of acres of property to place their tiny off-the-grid, eco-friendly mobile cabins - making it the first club of its kind.
The ERC property is full of streams, rivers, ponds, minerals and wildlife - making the ground a truly unique wilderness retreat recreation club hosting events like canoe trips, day hiking adventures throughout the property, private ATV trails and community activities among other exciting experiences all organized by the community membership.
The Hastings Heritage Trail runs along the edge of the ERC property, therefore ERC members enjoy the unique access to this hiking, off-road vehicle and atv trail moments from their own private escape.
ERC is located in Eldorado Ontario just off Highway 62 near Madoc, Ontario.
Nestled halfway between Bancroft and Bellville, it is only 2.5hrs from Toronto, and 1hr from Kingston - ERC is the ideal spot to live off-grid, escape the city life and enjoy the great Canadian wilderness year-round in the privacy of an exclusive community of like-minded individuals at a fraction of the traditional cost of buying your own land.
Participate in social events or keep to yourself on your private site, the ERC property can be your escape to unwind, relax, and detox.

To consciously and responsibly enjoy the outdoors with other nature enthusiasts who enjoy off-the-grid experiences. Our members pledge to keep our wildlife, forest, ponds and rivers undisturbed.
ERC members respect nature and the wildlife on the property and enjoy their cabins without spoiling nature by producing zero waste and zero black water into the environment.

Membership
A damage/security deposit is required to be paid in addition to the Primary membership fee. The security deposit will be returned to the member upon termination of membership as long as the member has adhered to the rules and regulations of the club.
Primary Member:
The Primary Members are assigned a location within the hundreds of acres to place their own tiny off-the-grid mobile cabin.
Primary members can be elected to the Volunteer ERC Membership Board of Directors.
Secondary (Spousal) Member:
The Secondary Members can use the same tiny cabin as the Primary Member with the privileges of enjoying the property.
All Secondary Memberships are issued under a Primary Member.
Child Members:
The Child Membership is for the child or legal ward of a Primary member that is 18 years and under.
Guest Fees:
All guest fees are to be paid for through our website prior to arrival.
Day Guest Fee:
From 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Day guests must vacate the premise by 7:00 pm.
Overnight Guest Fee:
All guests must be in possession of a valid physical or digital guest pass.
All guests must be accompanied by a primary member while on the premise.
